1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and account credentials. When you connect cloud providers, we store encrypted credentials and sync resource metadata (instance types, tags, cost data). We never store unencrypted credentials at rest.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the CloudInfraOS service (resource monitoring, cost tracking, alerts)
• To send transactional emails (alert notifications, account updates)
• To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

3. Data Storage and Security

All provider credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Data is stored on Hetzner servers in Germany. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Your Rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. To request full account deletion, contact hello@cloudinfra.studio.
